मेरा नाम आलोक कुमार उम्र 45 साल है 15 दिसंबर 2025 को मुझे पाखने के रास्ते के बाईं ओर गुदा के पास अतितीव्र पीड़ा,दर्दनाक सूजन और बुखार की समस्या शुरू हुई जिसके लिए मैंने डॉ. एन. एस. चौहान से एस. डी. हॉस्पिटल, कानपुर में परामर्श लिया। 1 जनवरी 2026 को मेरा ऑपरेशन किया गया परन्तु इसके बाद भी घाव से मवाद निकलने की समस्या बनी रही। । 24 मार्च 2026 की MRI में फिस्टुला की समस्या सामने आई। इसके बाद मैंने दूसरे डॉक्टरों से परामर्श लिया आगे की जाँच और परामर्श के दौरान मुझे बताया गया कि मेरी बीमारी जटिल है और ऑपरेशन में जोखिम हो सकता है जिस कारण से दूसरे डॉक्टर्स ने इलाज से मना कर दिया । जुलाई माह के अंत तक डॉ एन. एस. चौहान (एस. डी. हॉस्पिटल बारा देवी) द्वारा इलाज किया गया परन्तु कोई लाभ नहीं हुआ। अंततः प्रो.डॉ पवन सिंह (जनरल सर्जन) जी. एस. वी. ऍम. मेडिकल कॉलेज की सलाह पर मैंने पुनर्नवा आयुर्वेदिक हॉस्पिटल में डॉ. बी. एस. कटियार से परामर्श लिया। उन्होंने मेरी MRI रिपोर्ट और अन्य जाँचों का अध्ययन किया तथा वीडियो प्रोक्टोस्कोपी के माध्यम से मेरी स्थिति का आकलन किया। जाँच में ग्रेड I फिस्टुला, कई शाखाओं वाली फिस्टुला और दाईं ओर भी फिस्टुला की समस्या सामने आई। डॉ बी. एस. कटियार के द्वारा दिनांक 1 अगस्त 2026 को प्रीति हॉस्पिटल, कल्याणपुर में सर्जरी की गई । इसके बाद 2 अगस्त से 8 अगस्त 2026 तक पुनर्नवा में भर्ती रहकर ड्रेसिंग और सिट्ज बाथ सहित देखभाल कराई साथ ही डॉ. बी. एस.कटियार के मार्गदर्शन में क्षारसूत्र उपचार शुरू हुआ, जिसमे हर सप्ताह मेरा क्षारसूत्र बदला गया और कुल मेरे 6 क्षारसूत्र बदले गये जो कि सितम्बर माह में फिस्तुला ट्रैक के कट जाने के बाद समाप्त हो गये।साथ में मेरी ड्रेसिंग भी होती रही लगभग 42 ड्रेसिंग हुई । अब मैं पूरी तरह से स्वस्थ हो चुका हूँ। मेरे लिए यह सफर बेहद कठिन रहा है। ऐसी जटिल बीमारी से जूझते हुए मरीज को केवल उपचार ही नहीं, बल्कि उचित मार्गदर्शन, देखभाल और धैर्य की भी आवश्यकता होती है। मैं डॉ. बी. एस. कटियार और पुनर्नवा आयुर्वेदिक हॉस्पिटल की टीम का मेरे उपचार के दौरान सहयोग और देखभाल के लिए आभार व्यक्त करता हूँ। पुनः मैं डॉ. बी. एस. कटियार एवं पुनर्नवा आयुर्वेदिक हॉस्पिटल की टीम को मेरे सफल इलाज के लिये धन्यवाद देता हूँ। (Translated by Google) My name is Alok Kumar, age 45.
